Server Rules
1. Local Chat is for Roleplay Only.
2. Names must be Roleplay names. No prefixes or titles. For example John is good. SirJohn is not.
3. Names must be unique. Do not use the same name on both servers. Each character should have it's own identity.
4. Players may have up to 3 characters in each world. Every character must be developed as a character in the world with their own backstory. Characters may not be toons that are used as tools to build another character. This includes but is not limited to listeners for sermons, priests as favor batteries, or toons just to build numbers.
5. When attending events please be in character and respect the organizers.
6. Each Player may only bring one character to each server event. This also includes impromptu unique fights.
7. Please conduct all trades and sales in character.
8. Please be considerate if someone tries to engage you in RP and respond in character. If you do not wish to RP a polite response indicating such is appropriate. This prerogative should not be abused to avoid all roleplay.
9. English only in public channels.
10. The global channel is an OOC channel to be used for community building and sharing of general information such as how to accomplish things in game, or fun facts. Posts disclosing information that other characters in the world would not know are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, locations of uniques, locations of dens, character skills, mission progress, or current actions that would indicate a level of skill. For example. "I'm building a boat." Is acceptable. "I'm building a Caravel." is not.
11. Be considerate of others. This includes but is not limited to - no bullying of any kind, be considerate of others when discussing religion or politics, no debates in Freedom Chat.
12. No griefing. This includes but is not limited to spawn killing, trolling the safe zone, and spam killing the same player.
13. Please clean up after yourself in public areas. This includes the starter town and the dungeons. Please do not leave piles of items or bodies behind.
14. No racist comments at all anywhere. That will not be tolerated.
15. Do not settle or deed or terraform within 30 tiles of another deeds perimeter unless you speak with the deed owner, and they agree. Please be considerate if you notice someone has begun building but has not created a deed yet and treat it as a deed. (This does not apply to war structures on Aesarius)
16. Do not place fences, farms or any other type of structure in the perimeter of any deed that does not belong to you.
17. No deeds within 30 tiles of Steppes or Tundra and no terraforming on Steppes or Tundra.
18. No one may in any way restrict access to the alter of three. Fences, buildings, or any other structures that would block access are not allowed.
19. Do not use 3rd party programs, no auto clickers, no macros, no macro mice.
20. The suggested client side mods are approved for the server. No ESP. Livemap needs to be set to see ores = false. No mods allowed that bypass skills or quality such as max toolbelt. No mods that will give you information your character does not have.
